How to get rid of my cellulite

Cellulite is a harmless skin condition that is lumpy and dimpled flesh on the abdomen, bottom, thighs and hips. You may have heard people call it orange peel, or cottage cheese. Cellulite is more common in females than males due to the different distributions of fat, muscle and connective tissue. Do I have cellulite? So many of us assume that as we get older, we will no longer get spots. Sadly, this is wrong. I hear many clients at their skin consultation say, I’m not a teenager, why am I getting constant spots? You may have often looked at your skin and wondered ‘Why do I have red skin?’ ‘Why is my skin so sensitive?’ If you have, you may have rosacea and if it goes untreated, it can lead to permanent damage. What is rosacea? Rosacea is a common skin condition which usually occurs on the face and predominantly affects fair skin but may affect all skin types in people aged 40 to 60 years old. It is more common in women but when affecting men, it may be more severe. It is a chronic condition, and can persist for a long time and, in any individual, the severity tends to fluctuate.
