OMG – I was live on the radio in the actual studio! I have chatted with BBC Radio Solent presenter Lucy Ambache several times over the past couple of years. She first got in touch during lockdown to talk about how local businesses were coping with COVID. Since then, she’s kindly invited me on to her show by phone several times. But this time, she asked me to join her in the actual studios for her Friday social! Back to School Summer Special I had such an amazing afternoon with Lou and her other guest, Denise Brimms, owner and founder of Brimms Yoga.
