I can’t begin to tell you how grateful I am that so many of you turned out to celebrate the new opening of Christchurch Derma Spa at BizSpace in Christchurch last week.
After four years of running the clinic from home, I made the big decision to move into premises.
With the clinic getting busier and my children getting older, it felt like the right time to move into my own premises. It’s a big step, but I am super excited about this next chapter.
After searching for local premises I decided to move into BizSpace in Christchurch. I knew that wherever I moved to had to be close to home and have plenty of free parking, to make it as easy as possible for my clients.
Since making the decision it’s been a rollercoaster few weeks to get everything ready in time. There are so many people and local businesses to thank who helped make it possible.

- Colour Copier in Highcliffe printed all the goodie bags and signs for the evening
- Jane Squires Photography took some photos of the new clinic and captured guests at the opening
- Christina Stone at Goldfinch Marketing designed all the invites
- Mickys Flowers did some beautiful displays for the opening night
- Kelly Comer made some delicious cakes for everyone to enjoy and helped out on the night, along with Tracy Watson and Emma Ashton who was my receptionist for the night
Overall, the biggest thanks have to go to my dad and my husband for being a constant source of support every step of the way and for believing in me – as well as doing plenty of heavy lifting!
Despite the weather being awful it meant so much to me that so many people came out to celebrate. The new Christchurch Derma Spa is now officially open, and I can’t wait to get started!
