I’m really excited to share that Christchurch Derma Spa has won another award! This time we won silver in the Customer Service category at the Christchurch Business Awards, run by Marketing West! I’m so happy we’ve won this award because in the clinic we’re dedicated to making sure every visit is a wonderful experience for you all, from start to finish.
The Customer Service Award recognises outstanding commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. To be recognised for this is extremely meaningful for me because providing excellent customer care is at the heart of everything we do here at Christchurch Derma Spa.
The judges said they felt that we understood that customer service was probably the most important aspect of running a business and that we have to consistently maintain high standards right across the business. They also recognised the fact that our team here has grown and that I’ve made investment into the business to be able to offer the latest services.
Over the years, I’ve been honoured to win quite a few awards, but this one feels pretty special. Why? Because it’s about YOU, my clients, and the wonderful relationships we’ve built together. I’m so happy that it was recognised in the judges’ comments that I’ve expanded the team here and invested in new treatments so I can continue to offer you the latest and best skin treatments. It’s not been an easy year for CDS but I’m so proud of the developments I’ve made and I can’t wait to see what the future brings.
