Glow Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum Commitment

All Glow Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 3 months. After the initial 3-month term, the subscription will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.

2. Payments

Subscriptions are paid monthly via Direct Debit. Treatments may only be booked once the first Direct Debit payment has been successfully received. If a Direct Debit payment fails, treatments will be suspended until payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Notice Period

Subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice via email to: kirsty@christchurchdermaspa.co.uk. Cancellations made before the initial 3-month term has ended will still require payment of the full minimum term.

4. Appointments & Attendance

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you fail to attend, will forfeit that month’s treatment and cannot be rebooked. Standard clinic cancellation policies also apply.

5. Use of Treatments

Treatments included in your subscription must be taken in the month they are due. Unused treatments cannot be carried over, refunded, or exchanged. Treatments are non-transferable and may only be used by the subscriber.

6. Clinic Closure

In the event of planned clinic closure (e.g. staff holiday), treatments may be rescheduled but will not be refunded. 

7. Price Reviews

Subscription pricing may be reviewed annually. You will be notified in advance of any changes.
