Okay let’s just say it, there are TOO many skincare products out there. Can you reverse sun damage?
Every day our skin gets exposed to UVA and UVB rays which can cause sun damage. UVA rays penetrate deep into the dermis (lower skin layers) where they cause damage. UVB causes sunburn and damages the epidermis (upper layers of the skin). What are the signs of sun damage? You may have often looked at your skin and wondered ‘Why do I have red skin?’ ‘Why is my skin so sensitive?’ If you have, you may have rosacea and if it goes untreated, it can lead to permanent damage. What is rosacea? Rosacea is a common skin condition which usually occurs on the face and predominantly affects fair skin but may affect all skin types in people aged 40 to 60 years old.
